Core Focus: Parenting
I'm a matrescence coach supporting mums of neurodivergent and disabled children to navigate the emotional terrain of unexpected motherhood. I help women process grief, release guilt, and reconnect with themselves through honest, compassionate coaching and community.

About
I'm Kirsten Killoran, a matrescence coach and mum to a wonderful neurodivergent child. My work centres around supporting mothers through the identity shift of motherhood—especially those navigating complex parenting journeys they didn’t expect, but deeply love.
Through 1:1 coaching, group support, and storytelling, I help women find clarity, compassion, and strength in the messiness of real motherhood. My clients often come to me overwhelmed, burnt out, and carrying silent grief. Together, we untangle those feelings and rebuild a sense of self—one that includes the mother, but doesn’t lose the woman she used to be.
I work in person in Ireland and online with clients globally. My business, Fi(ND)ing Motherhood, is grounded in kindness, honesty, and radical self-trust.
