Hollie is also an Occupational Therapist (Mental Health endorsed) helping women to (re)connect their mind-body from pregnancy through to parenthood. Using a holistic approach, Hollie supports people to adapt and grow through transitions with clarity, alignment & confidence whether at home or work.
Hollie is an Occupational Therapist/ Yoga Instructor with more than 15 years of supporting people through life's transitions after injury, through illness, or with a disability. After her own experiences of entering Motherhood - Hollie has focused her offerings to also support birthing people, from all walks of life, with movement, mindfulness, education, hands-on pelvic and bodywork treatment, and emotional wellbeing to help you navigate through and map out a unique & meaningful Matrescence.
