About

I’m a mother, anthropologist, psychoanalyst, yogini, and mindfulness mentor. I support women navigating the profound psychological, emotional, and spiritual transition into motherhood. My work is rooted in the framework of matrescence and grounded in psychoanalytic theory, somatic awareness, and deep listening.

I offer both individual sessions and group experiences designed to create safe, compassionate spaces where mothers can name and understand their feelings, hold space for ambivalence, process trauma and idealizations, and reclaim their identity and inner power.

I believe in healing through nature, in the beauty of a simple life, and in the wisdom carried in our bodies. My approach is not about fixing or idealizing motherhood—it’s about honoring the real, raw, and powerful transformation it brings.

Coming from a multicultural family, I hold a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by immigrant mothers and women from diverse backgrounds. Each session is an invitation to reconnect with your truth, values, and vitality—beyond roles, expectations, and silence.

Motherhood changes everything. You don’t have to walk this path alone.
