I’m a former global marketer turned Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) leader—and the only ICF-certified Mama Rising Matrescence Coach & Psychotherapist from Singapore and Malaysia. My work sits at the intersection of career, motherhood, and identity, helping organizations address one of the most overlooked challenges in talent retention: how to support women through life’s biggest transitions without losing them.

Growing up away from my single-parent family as a scholar, I believed overachievement was the key to belonging. I climbed the corporate ladder fast, becoming the youngest global marketing manager in a manufacturing company—only to burn out, battling anxiety and exhaustion. Then came my nine-year journey through infertility to motherhood, which forced me to confront deeper questions of self-worth, identity, and the power of vulnerability.

That experience reshaped my approach to success—and it’s why I do this work today.

Now, I partner with companies to stop the silent dropout of high-potential female talent. Women aren’t leaving because they lack ambition; they’re leaving because workplaces haven’t evolved to support them.
