Liz Kelly (she/her) is the owner and founder of Mother Luna and a certified Matrescence facilitator. Inspired by her own journey through motherhood, Liz created Mother Luna to provide a nurturing space for mothers to navigate the profound changes of matrescence. Through Mother Luna, she offers a variety of classes and workshops that support mothers from pregnancy through the early parenting years. Liz’s personal experience, including navigating postpartum anxiety after her second son’s birth, drives her passion for bringing together perinatal experts to offer the care and support every mother deserves.
