You’re going through something, it’s not in your head. It’s called ‘matresence’ and I’m here to help you find your way as you navigate these first years of motherhood.
As a mama of a two-year-old and five-year-old, I am walking my own matresence path alongside you. But I don’t want to go it alone. I want to do this with you because we are meant to share this time in circle with other women. And when we do, we can truly rise as mothers.
As a Mama Rising Facilitator and prenatal/postnatal yoga teacher, I nurture new mamas from a place of lived experience, so that together, we can find our true north star in the haze of early motherhood.
My yoga and ayurveda workshops are a spiritual sanctuary for you to come and honour your matresence. A space to be nurtured, to voice our truth, to stretch, to breath, to embody the divine feminine, to listen to others mothers and to transform into our highest selves.
My 1:1 coaching sessions are an extension of my yoga and Ayurveda workshops. We will work together to explore where you are at right now on your matresence path and how we can start flipping some of the challenges and difficult feelings your are struggling through so that you can start to feel nurtured, seen and empowered.
