About
I make space for mums to make sense of the many changes during motherhood and embrace their evolving selves with more self-compassion, confidence, connection and joy.
I am a mother of two young girls. Since becoming a mum, I felt a loss of my old identity and a lot of confusion in who I was becoming. I was at times overwhelmed, frustrated and isolated. I didn’t feel I had enough space to understand or change these feelings.
I have had a long career in human resources and always gravitated towards diversity and inclusion, learning design, facilitation and coaching. When coaching at work I enjoyed helping others make sense of the situations they were in and develop their own paths forward.
Considering my work interests and my lived experienced as a mum I undertook training in matrescence and coaching through the International Coaching Federation Accredited Mama Rising© facilitation course. This helped me understand myself in my motherhood journey. It also gave me a methodology for a new style of coaching and facilitation where I can more effectively support mothers on their journeys.
I have now joined Mama Connect as a coach and workshop facilitator to provide mothers with the support I believe all mothers deserve.
