I am a mama to a gorgeous pre-school daughter and live in the UK along with my husband.

My entrance into motherhood was overwhelming and challenging. I felt like I was failing and that I just needed to try harder.

I realised that it wasn’t me who was broken. I found my way through and now I am loving motherhood.

In the depths of those early days, weeks and months I wish I’d had the right support and knowledge to experience motherhood differently. That drives my passion today to support mothers of babies and young children move from overwhelm and struggle to thriving in motherhood and beyond.

I support mothers using a hybrid of coaching, mentoring and educating in my 1:1 sessions and group programmes. I also have a podcast, The Mothers’ Hood Podcast.
